My wife, daughter,grandson and myself stopped at the St. Johns store on Saturday, 12-10-16 to check into tires for our daughter's car. They were beyond swamped, but they said to leave it and check back in a couple of hours, so we went to a local store to do some shopping and came back. They were so busy that they didn't even have a chance to move the car. We wound up leaving the car and they said because we came in before they closed, we were assured that we would go home with tires even though they worked well beyond their closing time. They called our daughter at 6:30, a hour and half beyond closing time and when we left, there were 5-6 cars left to do still beyond hers. I can't express my gratitude enough to these guys and the job they did for us, especially in light of the snow storm that hit later that night and into Sunday. They went above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of. Big Town Tire Dealer??, nope, I'll take the small town one anytime. Next time I need tires, guess where I'm going?? Thanks again guys for the excellent customer service, you are to be commended!!
Jason (the manager I presume?) handles customers with great ease & patience. Yesterday I ordered/bought 4 Continental 'Pure Contact with Eco+' tires for my 2014 Camry Hybrid and so far I really like them; the road noise has reduced greatly from the original stock tires. I've been coming to this particular store for several years for tire rotations-which are FREE by the way. With that said, I told myself that when I needed to purchase new tires that I'd give them my business. Their prices are competitive and hard to beat (trust me, I do my homework in the 'cost department'). Thank you Jason (& Budget Tire) for the great customer service. -Jennifer
